Overview
Central Otago District Council is seeking an architect to create, collaborate, and contract manage the demolition of the existing Cromwell Memorial Hall and the construction of a new Cromwell Memorial Hall/Events Centre.
Design and contract management services will follow standard industry design deliverable rationale as defined by NZIA design deliverables.
Scoping of the project will involve pulling together all the information held by Council, including previous planning, research and findings from the Cromwell Masterplan, submissions to the LTP, and information obtained by the CCCT.
