Central Otago District Council (CODC) has undertaken the development of the Cromwell ‘Eye to the Future’ Masterplan and produced, as stage one, the Spatial Plan to establish the direction of the Cromwell area over the next 30 years. As part of this process, CODC is undertaking an industrial subdivision off Cemetery Road, Cromwell. The concept plan for this subdivision yields between 20 and 30 sections with sizes varying from approximately 200m2 up to 700m2. The topography of the subject site suits an industrial subdivision with the smaller sections reflecting the interest from the market.
Stage 1 of this industrial subdivision developing Lots 1-4 is currently underway. CODC would now like to appoint a Project Engineer for Stage 2 to develop the remaining lots and provide the necessary engineering, design, survey and project management services in order to complete the development.
