Manukau Health Park Package 2 East and West Buildings Works

CMDHB are looking for a competent and experienced construction company to deliver a scope of construction works which includes two new-build structures, and a small amount of refurbishment work, which will be located on the existing Manukau Health Park campus. We are in particular, looking for a Contractor who has experience within a Hospital or Public Health precinct, and who understands, and can work through the challenges of undertaking works on an operational Hospital site, and actively works to put strict measures in place to eliminate the risk of harm or injury to staff, visitors and most importantly, patients.

The anticipated scope of works proposed under this Registration of Interest (ROI) is outlined in detail below. This ROI seeks a contractor interested to perform the whole scope of works and is not interested in individual specialised supplier responses. The scope of works generally includes the following:
- Construction of the East Building a multi storey building (ground/first floor) which will house the Ophthalmology department and the Women’s Health & Urology Department.
- Construction of the West Building which is a single storey building that will house new Theatres and CSSD.

The tender process will be a two-stage procurement process, the first stage will be a Registration of Interest (ROI) to shortlist competent contractors from an open tender. The shortlisted contractors/tenderers will then progress to the second stage which will be a closed Request for Tender (RFT).
