Overview

Please note that this is a 'Future Procurement Opportunity' and its sole purpose is to inform the market about opportunities that may be coming up over the next 12 months. We would ask that all potential suppliers to refrain from contacting individuals within CMDHB for additional information on this project as it will be published on GETS as an open process.

The tender process will be a two-stage procurement process, the first stage will be a Registration of Interest (ROI) to shortlist competent contractors from an open tender. The shortlisted contractors/tenderers will then progress to the second stage which will be a closed Request for Tender (RFT).

CMDHB will be looking for a competent and experienced contractor to undertake the fit-out of the existing shell space in Harley Gray Building for new Radiology services. The preferred calibre possess experience within Hospital refurbishment projects, and who understands, and can work through the challenges of undertaking works on an operational Hospital site, and actively works to put strict measures in place to eliminate the risk of harm or injury to staff, visitors and most importantly, patients.
