Advance Notice of Community Central Procurement Opportunity

The purpose of this notice is to inform interested parties that Counties Manukau Health will soon be seeking Registrations of Interest (ROI) from providers that are interested in delivering the Community Central Services and/or providing Enabling Technology. Counties Manukau Health intends to explore potential service/technology delivery models as part of the RFI. These could range from technology provision to managed services or service partnerships. Counties Manukau Health anticipates that it will select 2-3 respondents from the ROI process to proceed to a Competitive Dialogue (CD) Process. At the end of the CD Process, and having regard to information obtained as a result of the Demonstration Pilot referred to above, Counties Manukau Health will develop a Specification for Community Central Services and/or Enabling Technology. Respondents that were successful in the initial ROI process, and who participated in the CD process, will be invited to submit a proposal to provide the Community Central Services and/or Enabling Technology as part of a Request for Proposals (RFP) process. Providers that are not shortlisted through the initial ROI process, or that do not participate in the CD process, will not be eligible to participate in the RFP process.
