Overview
Christchurch International Airport Limited (CIAL) invites submissions from Respondents for the design and construction of four (4) untenanted buildings on the CIAL campus, which for ease of reference are titled as Spec 7 – 10 respectively (refer Section 2).
Design work completed to date consists of a site of approximately 14,120m2 with two buildings comprising two tenancies each (four in total) comprised of:
* Offices: 452m2
* Warehouse: 5,914m2
* Canopy: 796m2
* Car parks: 60
