We (Callaghan Innovation) are preparing a Request for Proposal (RFP), in the coming months, seeking a supplier to provide planned preventative maintenance, occasional reactive maintenance, and the ability to upgrade aging assets for our CCTV and Access Control network. Our site is 69 Gracefield Rd, Lower Hutt (The Gracefield Innovation Quarter).

The supplier will be required to:

- Provide preventative maintenance service for each asset. A detailed list of our assets will be provided in the RFP.
- After each visit provide a report detailing the work carried out and advice for dealing with developing issues and upcoming replacement requirements.
-Provide a 24/7 call out service for rectifying unplanned faults.
-After each call out visit provide a report detailing any issues discovered, remedial actions undertaken, and any materials used.
