The vendor must be able to provide tool agnostic integrated go forward solutions to cover the automated collection of data, contract management, including payments, which provides verified, consistent, and accurate reporting data in real time. The future solution will:

• Provide an integrated end to end solution that is fit for purpose (can be modular, full stack, or off the shelf)
• Capture data in a simple and consistent manner that can be reused
• Be flexible and fit for purpose to the specific programme
• Be able to manage milestones, payment, and contract management
• Deliver data to various users as required including a single source of truth
• Automate business process and workflow management – internal and external
• Provide real time delivery of information and data.
