CERA is seeking proposals or responses from suitably experienced and qualified contractors (each a Respondent) to provide design services for the South Frame Public Realm.

The South Frame public realm development will provide attractive, safe, inviting and accessible public spaces in what have historically been large and inaccessible city blocks and will establish a foundation for private sector redevelopment in the area. The resulting South Frame will be a vibrant place with a range of businesses and activities, containing places for people to interact and connect, as well as providing a ‘green’ urban environment for residents and businesses alike.
