CERA is inviting registrations of interest (ROI) from experienced and qualified contractors interested in providing the works described in this invitation for registrations of interest.
This ROI is for civil and landscape contractors and demolition contractors and is for the establishment of an Open Panel of contractors for the:
• Pūtahi Whakatetonga / South Frame Public Realm Project including Te Puna Rerekëtanga / Innovation and Te Papa Hauora / Health Precinct;
• Te Whare Tapere / Performing Arts Precinct;
• Wāhi Hokohoko / Retail Precinct; and
• Any other CERA related civil and landscape work, and Demolition Work BUT NOT work associated with the Te Papa Ōtākaro / Avon River Precinct; North and East frame or An Accessible City (AAC).
NOTE: Respondents must ask any questions no later than 5pm, Wednesday 12 August 2015.
