Overview
• The DHBs are looking to engage a Mechanical maintenance service provider who can demonstrate their ability to deliver timely and high quality programmed maintenance services for all mechanical plant and equipment by managing and enabling trades to do the right job, at the right time and in the right way; and to

o All relevant statutory requirements applicable to the services
o All relevant standards applicable to the services
o Good industry practice where no specifications or guidance is provided
