C&C DHB wishes to select a support provider to provide ongoing application support for their Oracle eBusiness Suite. C&C DHB have internal Oracle technical and functional administration resources who work with the business to support and maintain the Oracle system. These staff are the first point of contact internally for all Oracle related issues. Only application issues that cannot be resolved by these internal experts will be forwarded to the vendor for resolution. This is the definition and scope of 3rd level Oracle application issues and support that is used in this RFT.
All application issues that need to be addressed by the support provider will first be logged internally by C&CDHB’s Service Desk system before they are “handed over” to the support vendor for resolution. C&C DHB will track and monitor progress of these issues to resolution.
Tenderers should be able to:
• demonstrate and provide a high level of expertise to resolve C&CDHB’s 3rd level Oracle application issues;
• provide practical and constructive advice regarding the configuration and use of Oracle eBusiness Suite; and
• be cost effective relative to current market conditions.
