Overview
CCDHB is seeking the services of suitably qualified architectural practices that can
demonstrate proven experience and expertise in the areas of:
• Healthcare design including clinical and mental health inpatient facilities,
• office fit outs, refurbishments; or
• a combination of the above.
Architects should have demonstrated ability to act as the lead consultant to ensure complete
integration of the architectural and services disciplines in the design, construction and
commissioning process.
This EOI will enable CCDHB to shortlist suitably qualified architectural design consultants who will be invited to respond to a Request for Proposal at a later date.
