Overview
Christchurch City Council (the Council) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI’s) from suitably qualified contractors (Respondents) who are interested in delivering the construction of Akaroa Wharf.
Council is progressing designs undertaken by the design consultants (Holmes).
The current intention is that once the Preliminary Design is nearing completion (expected late-September), proposals will be requested from the shortlisted contractors via an RFP.
