This document refers to scope for construction works to build a retaining wall to stabilize a slip below the section of road reserve that supports the Akaroa Lighthouse in conjunction with the replacement and repair of fence and concrete slab around the heritage setting.
The total scope of works includes the following:
• Construction of a retaining wall. Shotcrete slope stabilization - soil nail
• Replacement of concrete apron slab
• Replacement of fencing around the lighthouse building
• All other work indicated, described or implied on the drawings or in the Specification, or in any other document so as to render the Contract complete.
• Associated road/drainage/civil works as per tender documentation
