Christchurch City Council intends to openly publish a Request for Proposal for the construction of the Canterbury Multi-Use Arena (CMUA) on or around the week commencing 20th July 2020. Pending the finalisation of our procurement strategy, our intention is to base this procurement on a Design and Construct methodology, using NZS3916:2013 (or similar) as the form of contract.

This Notice of Information is to communicate this intention to the market and give you additional time to prepare your organisational strategy should you intend on submitting a Proposal. As this is simply a Notice of Information, no further information is available at this point, no registration or questions are required at this stage through the GETS portal and we will update you in due course should there be any changes to this notice.
