Supply and Installation of Heating Ventilation Equipment (HVAC), plus Building Upgrades and Refurbishment at the Fendalton Library.

The revised scope of works for supply and installation of heating ventilation equipment (HVAC) plus building upgrades and refurbishment at the Fendalton Library is detailed in the RFT.

The previous scope of work was for supply and installation of the heating ventilation only. However, the scope of work has been updated to include building works and refurbishment.

The Council requires tender submissions from the main Contractor, all subcontractors will remain the responsibility of the main Contractor.

The main contractor may be either the HVAC Contractor or the Construction Contractor.

Note – the closure of the library to the public has been scheduled to be between Monday 11th of March 2019 and Sunday 28th July 2019. Works MUST be completed by Sunday 14th July 2019 to hand back over to Council to re-stock the library prior to re-opening to the public on Monday 29th July 2019. These dates must be factored in respect of ordering and installing any equipment that is likely to experience long lead times.
