Overview
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is open to all vendors and consortiums that have the ability to meet the Commerce Commission’s (the Commission) requirements as stated within this document.
The purpose of the Evidence Management Application (EMA) Project is to replace the Commission’s legacy evidence management tool. The Commission’s existing software is no longer within vendor support nor does it meet the Commission’s business needs.
