Following the preparation of a Campus Development Plan [CDP], the BoPP undertook a detailed review of the options for the 1st stage development. The first stage of the development will be the Mass 2 building. (see Addendum's to this ROI).
This proposes the construction of a new building of approximately 3,500 m2.
Once the new building has been completed, the BoPP would potentially clear the remainder of the relocatable classrooms to the East in the vicinity in order to be able to commence design and construction of the other new builds (masses 3 & 4) being considered as subsequent projects in the development of the aspirations of the Campus Master Plan.
The Design team has been engaged, and have completed their Developed Design at this time. Detailed Design is being completed to enable tendering as noted in the Greenstone RFP documents.
