Bay of Plenty District Health Board is calling for Registrations of Interest from suitably qualified Main Building Contractors (Supplier) who may be interested in tendering the above project works.
The Scope of work is for relatively minor and includes:
• Demolish wall to create larger meeting room.
• Partial demolition of room and refit to form meeting room.
• Provision of timber piles and foundation for 2 x9m x5.4m relocatable building. The buildings to be supplier by others.
• Services to support the relocatable buildings.
• Formation of linking covered way and decking.
• Minor fencing and site works.
The project will have to be undertaken in several stages although it is not envisaged that the works would be halted at any time.
To minimize disruption to the existing medical service some work may need to undertaken outside normal offices hours.
