This RFI is issued by Bay of Plenty District Health Board.
We are seeking information about provider readiness and willingness to provide psycho-geriatric and dementia level residential care in the Bay of Plenty area defined on the Ministry of Health website location boundaries.
What we need
BOP has forecast a shortage of psychogeriatric and dementia residential care beds and would like to gauge the level of interest and willingness in the local Market in providing such services commencing in the short to medium term (1-5 years).
What we don’t want
We are not at this stage requesting quotes or proposals, but we are seeking to improve our knowledge on matters such as: what capability is available in the market and what suppliers are active and interested in this area.
