This is an invitation to suitably qualified providers to submit a Registration of Interest (ROI) for the delivery of a Childhood Immunisation Service Support Model for the Bay of Plenty District Health Board (BOPDHB).
The BOPDHB seek an Immunisation Support Service Model which focusses on childhood immunisation in its entirety.
The BOPDHB is looking for a provider, or providers working together, to support and encourage delivery of optimal immunisations to babies and children across the Bay of Plenty Region.
Distinctive skills and experience we will be looking for in a provider:
• The DHB is looking for credible providers who have the capability and infrastructure to deliver co-ordinated, integrated and unified childhood immunisation support services and to drive improved performance.
• Respondents need to have a good track record in the management and implementation of health related programmes, quality improvement, risk management, effective networks and strong relationships within their local and wider community.
• Respondents will also need to demonstrate strong and established relationships with general Practice.
