Bay of Plenty District Health Board is calling for Registrations of Interest from suitably qualified Main Building Contractors (Supplier) who may be interested in tendering the above project works.
Scope:
The ED SMO team has undergone significant expansion in the past 12 months. The current ED layout does not provide any dedicated office space for the SMO team. With the expansion in consultants numbers and the many varying demands on this space it is no longer fit for purpose. The emergency department has physical constraints within the current floor layout and there is no additional space within the department that can be repurposed as consultants offices. The solution to the problem is to use the basement radiology storeroom that has become available and allow this space to be converted into office / meeting space.
Through this ROI process, the Bay of Plenty District Health Board intends to identify a maximum shortlist of four Suppliers who then may be invited to participate in a closed Request for Tender (RFT) process for this Contract.
