The purpose of this RFP is to obtain a proposal from suitability qualified organisations, for the lease of DHB owned land for the purpose of construction of a facility for health related purposes including DHB administrative accommodation.
The land will be leased to the lessee by way of a ground lease on a term of 35 years, less one day. The form of lease will be Auckland District Law Society.
It is envisaged that balance of any the building would be utilised by the lessee to provide specialised clinical/medical services which do not duplicate services already existing in the Western Bay of Plenty.
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation to suitably qualified suppliers, who responded to the initial EOI, to submit a Proposal for the North End Campus Development Stage Two lease opportunity.
