The Bay of Plenty District Health Board is seeking expression of interest from suitably qualified Providers for the provision of a comprehensive service agreement for the planned maintenance and unplanned response services of its HVAC Systems at Tauranga Hospital Campus and and other BOPDHB owned and operated properties in the Tauranga District.
The tender must also include
• All estimated annual fees for scheduled maintenance activities
• Charging structure for additional materials and potential Upgrades
• Call – out Rates
• Call – out Response times
• Scope of maintenance activities to be conducted
• Any specific exclusions
• Proposed Cost Improved Initiatives
• Total cost of ownership (TCO)
Accordingly, BOPDHB invites proposals from suitably qualified organisations for the service and maintenance of its HVAC Systems.
