Overview
BOPDHB is seeking expression of interest from parties (lessee), to lease a block of land and develop a building for medical and office use on the Tauranga campus.
The land will be leased to the lessee by way of a ground lease on a term of 35 years, less one day.
It is envisaged that the building would be utilised by the lessee to provide specialised medical services.
The DHB may lease part of the building to meet it’s own needs for office space.
The tender must also include:
Details of the developers concept including a general plan.
Details of the proposed specialist medical services.
Accordingly, BOPDHB invites proposals from suitable organisations.
