BOPLASS Ltd is a Council Controlled Organisation owned by the BOP Regional Council (Bay of Plenty Regional Council), Rotorua District Council, Western Bay of Plenty District Council, Kawerau District Council, Tauranga City Council, Opotiki District Council, Whakatane District Council, Taupo District Council and Gisborne District Council and has been established to promote shared services between local authorities in the Bay of Plenty/Gisborne Regions and elsewhere.
BOPLASS and the participating Councils wish to engage with an Internal Audit service provider for a new collaborative commercial arrangement for internal audit services. We wish to appoint an external provider to develop and deliver Internal Audit work plans that provide independent and objective assurance that the financial and operational controls of BOPLASS Councils are efficient, effective, economical and ethical. This will be delivered through individual contracts with the participating entities.
BOPLASS is inviting providers to participate in a process that enables each provider to present to BOPLASS a solution or range of solutions that the provider believes best meet the BOPLASS Councils’ needs.
