We seek expressions of interest from interested and suitable suppliers to provide one, some or all of the following services*.
Washroom Cleaning & Associated Services
The primary scope includes:
a) Washroom cleaning services, the actual cleaning service, including the products/labour & consumables used to clean the washrooms;
b) Washroom hygiene consumable services, the consumables used to present and service the washrooms for AUT staff (i.e. deodorising sprays, sanitary bins, toilet paper, paper hand towels, “rolla” towels and hand soap, waste bin plastic bags)
c) Laundering services, providing the actual products, servicing (i.e. pickup and delivery) and washing them. The products are entrance mats and tea towels (for Staff kitchens);
d) First aid cabinet services, servicing of the first aid cabinets around AUT’s three campuses (i.e. restocking, monitoring usage and reporting on for example) and includes defibrillators.
