Overview

This opportunity in a nutshell
Aurora Energy is about to initiate a project to implement an asset management system solution to achieve efficient risk management of our asset fleets. Doing so will enable Aurora Energy to gain clarity of information relating to the health and status of our asset fleets, drive operational efficiency, prepare for future growth and ultimately deliver the right electricity service to our communities.

What we need
We are seeking a solution that provides us with full asset lifecycle management. This will include supply and installation of an asset management solution, which could be cloud-based or a fully hosted service. The solution needs to have the ability to easily integrate with several of our existing core systems. A non-proprietary application programming interface for integration must be provided as part of the solution to meet our connectivity needs via our integration platform.
Below is a simple high level indication of what we are seeking. Please note, the below is NOT a full list of business requirements, these will follow in the Registration of Interest (ROI) (due to market next week).
1. An asset register to record asset fleet details (id, age, location etc);
2. The ability to schedule and generate maintenance orders in line with our asset management plan;
3. Automation of required work orders for asset fleet maintenance and Inspection;
4. Integration to our existing finance system;
5. Accurate representation of all financial information related to our assets;
6. Analytics to aid with investment priority development;
7. Integration capability that enables us to integrate to our core systems including GIS, Works Management, Field Management and Finance (SAP)
