This RFP is for the Design and Consenting Supplier for the Auckland Level Crossing Removal Programme.
The successful supplier will provide services including concept development, design solutions, securing consents, and stakeholder engagement.

Participants must be able to demonstrate experience and skills in:
-Delivering design and consenting services for complex projects of a similar scale
-Road, rail and community interface with the ability to balance requirements across these groups through design and planning including:
-Experience in working with KiwiRail (or similar Rail Agencies) with a clear understanding of their requirements.
-Urban integration management.
-Managing multiple stakeholders and collaborating with external parties and working in a complex political environment.
-Collaboratively working with an ECI Constructor to develop and incorporate their inputs to both design and planning workstreams to achieve cost effective solutions.
-Ability to scale up and support the Client team with the best for programme approach.
