Overview

AT is seeking Media Partner(s) with relevant experience who can partner with AT to manage and maximise revenue generating opportunities from the sale of advertising across AT’s Out-of-Home (OOH) media channels, resulting in a better financial outcome for our ratepayers, and improve experiences for our advertising customers and their consumers. This key outcome is aligned to AT’s objective to grow non-rates revenue and deliver cost saving and efficiency targets included in Auckland Council’s Long-Term Plan 2024-2034.

AT’s highly valued out-of-home (OOH) media asset base represents a material proportion of Auckland’s out-of-home media market and is of significant commercial importance to AT. The four OOH Asset Portfolios covered in this RFP are:
• Street Furniture (bus shelters and related)
• Transport Hubs and Experiential (stations and terminals)
• Vehicular Based Media (interior and exterior)
• Billboards (static and digital)

We require Proposals from media companies that can demonstrate successful delivery of out-of-home media contracts, that have requirements that are similar to AT’s, covering:
• Sales and revenue generation
• Proactive and effective partnerships
• A commitment to growth and innovation
• Management and maintenance of physical assets
• Project delivery (installation, digital asset management etc.)
• Safety management and data security
• Sustainability and quality employment initiatives
AT will work in partnership with the successful Media Partner(s) to maximise revenue from AT’s existing media assets and deliver sustained revenue growth over the life of the contract.
