The purpose of this Advance Notice is to communicate Auckland Transport’s (AT) intention to release an RFQ to Māori-owned businesses, registered via Amotai, for the Tāhuna Marae entry/exit driveway upgrade and new carpark construction.
This project is located within Tāhuna Marae, located at 54 Tāhuna Pa Road, Karioitahi 2683. It will provide AT with an ideal opportunity to create specific Māori business opportunities and contribute to the Māori economy.

The scope of works includes:
 Construction of circa 1310m2 reinforced concrete carpark area adjacent to the existing
Marae building.
 Construction of grassed swale drains and associated stormwater reticulation.
 New concrete footpath/accessway with kerbing for pedestrian and pram users.
 Streetlights to be installed within carpark areas.
