This procurement is for the provision of security guard and patrol services for Auckland Transport. It covers northern busway stations, other bus stations, ferry terminals and carparks and AT supported events. It also covers the provision for incident response and events security, in addition to standing guard security.
Security Guard Services for AT will be offered in the following two contracts:
• Security Guard Services - Bus, Ferry, Carpark Facilities
• Security Guard Services – Special Events
This procurement aims to deliver Security as a Service, to assist AT with mitigating risks and meeting compliance requirements through quality care and customer engagement.
