The purpose of this Advance Notice is to communicate Auckland Transport’s (AT) intention to release a single stage Request for Quote (RFQ) for Time of Use Charging Lead Advisory, Policy & Business Case Services (the Services). It is anticipated that an RFQ will be issued via the Government Electronic Tender Service (GETS) on or before 12 April 2024.

AT is seeking to source a consultant, or consortia, who can deliver multi-disciplinary Services including (but not limited to):
a. Lead Advisory.
c. Outcome analysis.
d. Financial and economic assessments.
e. Technical Specifications.
f. Investment analysis.
g. Communications & engagement support.

Please note that potential participants in the RFQ process may be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement prior to receiving RFQ documents and prior to attending any planned Supplier Briefing.
