This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation to four shortlisted participants to submit a proposal for the “Half Moon Bay Northern Dolphin Renewal”.

This is a closed RFP in the 2nd stage of a two-stage procurement process.

This procurement relates to the delivery of the renewal of the existing berthing structure at Half Moon Bay Vehicular Ferry Terminal, and construction of a new dolphin to the North of the existing structure. Please note that 3x mooring dolphin piles with rotating floating fender systems have been added to the scope of the contract since the previous ROI stage.
