This Out-of-Home Media Services Registration of Interest (ROI) is the first stage of a two-stage interactive procurement process and covers five Auckland Transport (AT) media asset portfolios. This is the largest out-of-home media services procurement since the inception of AT in 2010. AT does not see this as just an opportunity to find partners to manage our Out of Home assets, but are seeking partners who can drive, optimise, and prioritise our assets to deliver the very best outcomes for our ratepayers.

AT wish to shortlist media service agencies, and invite them to a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the supply of Out-of-Home Media Services for the following asset portfolios:
 Street Furniture (Bus Shelters only)
 Transport Hubs (Stations and Terminals)
 Vehicular Based Media (Interior and Exterior)
 Billboards (Static and Digital)
 Promotional Activations (Experiential)

We require registration from established agencies that can demonstrate successful delivery of out of home media contracts that are similar to AT’s requirements, that cover:
 Sales and revenue generation.
 Effective partnerships and innovation.
 Project delivery, safety management and data security
 Management and maintenance of physical assets.
 Sustainability and quality employment initiatives.
