This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an open invitation to suitable, experienced suppliers to undertake General Facilities Maintenance across Auckland Transport’s (AT’s) sites, with an option to include Vegetation.
AT’s critical objectives of this contract are to ensure:
a) Value for money in maintaining or replacing the infrastructure and assets managed by AT.
b) Safe and convenient environment is maintained for customers.
c) Available and efficient facilities.
d) Resilience and development of the AT Metro network.
This contract also aims to support the transition from a reactive maintenance practice to a planned preventative maintenance orientated approach.
The initial tenure for this contract is three years with one right of renewal of one year each (3+1).
What we need
We require the services of a suitably qualified and experience supplier(s) to undertake General Facilities Maintenance services for AT Parking and Public Transport Facilities.
There is a strong focus on sustainable Asset Management arrangements, and we need a supplier(s) who has proven capability to provide an up-to-date and enduring reporting of maintenance activities and build and capture site history data across our facilities Portfolio.
