Specialist technical subject matter expertise that relates to: - Adaptive Urbanism and Carbon Reduction initiatives.

1. Design Specialists with the following skills and capabilities:

h. Social dynamics and community engagement
i. Project management and planning skills
j. Research and analysis skills
k. Communication and presentation skills
l. Strategic thinking and problem solving abilities
m. User-centred design expertise

2. Monitoring and Evaluation Specialists with the following sills and capabilities:

a. Understanding of adaptive urbanism principles and practices
b. Strong knowledge of monitoring and evaluation methodologies and techniques
c. Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and interpretation
d. Ability to design and implement M&E frameworks, plans and systems
e. Knowledge of relevant performance indicators and metrics
f. Familiarity with statistical software and data visualisation tools
g. Excellent communication and presentation skills
h. Strategic planning and project management skills
i. Accuracy in data analysis and reporting
j. Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and communities
