This Request for Information (RFI) is issued for Auckland Transport (AT). The aim of this process is to seek and obtain information from organisations about the potential supply of software as a service to monitor and control approximately 150,000 streetlights in the greater Auckland area. The existing software contract is due to expire at the end of June 2023, and AT are very interested in the service offerings of alternative suppliers.
The existing software provider currently communicates with circa 110,000 Telematics light point controllers via Telematics gateways. A further 15,000 light point controllers are scheduled to be connected during 2023.
The RFI Information Contact Person set out in Schedule of RFI Conditions will be assisting with the administration of this RFI.
