This ROI seeks to procure a marine contractor or consortium with a proven track record in delivering marine infrastructure projects.

Design works for the renewal of the existing berthing structure at Half Moon Bay Vehicular Ferry Terminal, and construction of a new dolphin to the North of the existing structure are currently in design, with detailed design expected to be fully completed in December 2022.

A resource consent application is currently being prepared, and it is expected that this will be granted in Q1 2023.
