This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation to suitably qualified participants to submit a proposal for the Hill Street (Warkworth) Intersection Upgrade – Detailed Design. This build on the Hill St SSBC which proposed a redesign to the current signal-controlled intersection and adjoining priority-controlled intersections.
AT is now progressing the project to Design Phase and requires Transport Professional Services Consultant to complete the Detailed Design and other required documentations to be able to successfully initiate construction of the Hill Street Intersection Upgrade.
This RFP is a single-stage procurement process.
Parts of the SSBC appendices are confidential and will not be publicly available at this stage. Professional Services Suppliers who intend to respond to the RFP, including consortia, are requested to fill in and sign the confidentiality agreement attached with this RFP (if they have not already done so through the Advanced notice published GETS 4 August 2021).
