Auckland Transport (AT) is seeking input from industry on the collaboration environment for its next generation Road Corridor Maintenance and Renewals (RCMR) contracts. These contracts are based upon a Collaborative Maintenance Partnership (CMP) framework designed to foster, over time, greater stewardship responsibility for the Contractor and an increased work coordination, integration, and service expectation management role for AT. This approach is designed to AT’s vision of easy journeys, connecting people and communities and making the city a desirable place to live, work and play. To that end the CMP has core performance objectives of value for money, customers, safety and sustainability.
The collaboration environment (Volume 3) on which we are seeking input has been designed to develop and enhance the necessary attitudes and behaviours that support the collective accountability and ownership needed to achieve these goals through a trust-based best for network relationship between AT and its supplier(s).
