The Auckland Transport (AT) Communications Group is responsible for providing consultation and communications services across AT including stakeholder management, specialising in capital infrastructure as well as network management and improvement projects. As the programme of work increases, it is important to have third-party suppliers who can support the team while busy times.
The purpose of this Advance Notice is to inform prospective participants of an upcoming tender opportunity for a Panel of Suppliers: External Communications Services to support the AT Communications Group.
All prospective participants are invited to participate in a briefing session held at Auckland Transport on Monday 25 March 2019 from 3:00pm to 4:00pm. Further details included in this Advanced Notice.
