This Procurement Plan seeks to engage a service contractor to provide continued scheduled and responsive maintenance services, including annual certification for BWOF compliance. This is a 3-year term contract commencing 1 July 2019 with 2 right-of-renewals of 1 year each i.e. maximum contract duration is 5 years.
The scope of work includes:
a) Annual inspection and detail condition survey of all VT equipment complete, with renewal projections
b) Monthly scheduled maintenance services for regular and heavy maintenance services and annual clean
c) 24-hour, 7 days a week response and repairs services
d) Annual IQP certification
e) Accessible web-based job tracking and data management system
The scope of work excludes:
a) Repairs to structural framework and main building structure around lift shaft or escalator pits
b) Other interfaced systems; security, CCTV, telecommunication line, power supply, fire protection and pumping equipment
c) Cleaning of all surfaces exposed to commuters and pedestrians
d) Anti-graffiti treatment on surfaces exposed to commuters and pedestrians
