Overview

Auckland Transport will be updating the Agreement for Total Mobility Services in the Auckland Region in 2019; the new Agreements will be in place for 1 July 2019. The Total Mobility Scheme is administered on behalf of the NZ Transport Agency to provide mobility to eligible customers – further information about the Scheme is available here.

Operators who have (or who can obtain) a Small Passenger Service Licence and who can demonstrate their ability to achieve the required standards are encouraged to apply; a procurement process will be advertised on the Government Electronic Tendering System (GETS) in March/April 2019 and operators will need to sign up with GETS to access the procurement documents. More information on GETS can be obtained from https://www.gets.govt.nz/RegisterUser.htm - operators will need to register as Suppliers and are encouraged to read the user guides and frequently asked questions.
