Auckland Transport (AT) utilise a variety of sizes and configurations of Public Information Displays (PIDs) across the transport network to deliver clear, timely and accurate information to our customers.
This procurement is to deliver a Business as Usual (BAU) process for the supply of PIDs to AT.
This procurement is for supply and technical support only, installation will be managed by AT’s Field Device Maintenance providers. AT has grouped our PID requirements into two sub-categories:
• ePaper PIDs
• ‘Multi-Media’ (Indoor and Outdoor) PIDs
Suppliers are invited to submit proposals to supply one or both categories.
This RFP will be conducted in conjunction with the following procurement which is for the content management software that manages and delivers the content to be displayed on AT’s transport PIDs;
• RFP – 102-19-260-BT Transport PID Content Management Software and Services. GETS ID 20511505
Note: Suppliers can participate in both or either procurements and submit a proposal to supply one, two or all three categories; ePaper PIDs, Multi-media PIDs and Content Management.
