366-18-575-PS WELLESLEY STREET BUS IMPROVEMENTS: DETAILED BUSINESS CASE - REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
This procurement relates to the delivery of the Detailed Business Case (DBC) for the Wellesley Street Corridor Bus Improvements Project. An Indicative Business Case (IBC) has previously been completed and approved which recommends further assessment of two options leading to a preferred option.
The key outcomes that we want to achieve are the development and assessment of the indicative business case (IBC) preferred options in order to propose a final preferred option for implementation of the Wellesley Street Bus Improvements project.
Due to the project scale, complexity, timing and risks inherent in this contract, participants are required to have a sizeable available team of specialists with considerable local knowledge of the city’s transportation system as it relates to the Auckland city centre.
We are seeking participants that are able to demonstrate Capability and Track Record, that employ highly experienced delivery teams and provide up to date knowledge of the public transportation system and business case delivery requirements.
