Update to Advance Notice to market - Downtown Infrastructure Development Programme (DIDP) Streetscape Works - Civil Engineering Services

This Advance Notice to market is published to update the previous advance notice to market published on GETS 15th June 2018. The following changes have been made:
- The RFP publish date is now as soon as possible, and likely to be before 13th July 2018
The following changes have been made to the preconditions:
- The supplier must be able to demonstrate experience providing Civil Engineering Services in complex, urban - streetscapes or town center - projects.
- The supplier must have completed at least two similar scale streetscapes or town center projects in New Zealand in the last five years. The project capital value must be no less than $5M each.

These minor changes have been incorporated into the attached Notice to market and highlighted in the pdf.

The purpose of this Advance Notice is to inform consulting engineering suppliers of an upcoming tender opportunity for the Downtown Infrastructure Development Programme (DIDP) Streetscape Works - Civil Engineering Services (civil, traffic and structural engineering), to support the developed and detailed design phases of the Streetscapes Works through to post construction support. The Downtown Infrastructure Development Programme (DIDP) is a series of eight major projects that are all based around Quay St in the CBD of Auckland City and include marine and non-marine works. The Streetscape Works includes three non-marine projects of the DIDP.

The Civil Engineering scope of services includes providing engineering services (civil, traffic and structural engineering) for investigation, design and construction for the DIDP Streetscape works at all stages of the programme.
