RFT Overview
This contract is for pavement rehabilitation work with elements of kerbing, line marking, channel renewal and footpath renewal. The pavement to be renewed is throughout the full extent of Neville Street, Warkworth. Neville Street is an urban collector AC sealed roadway and services a number of local businesses and retail outlets. The expected start date of this project is the week of the 5th March 2017, with completion due on Friday the 4th May 2017.

The pavement design report and associated drawings for the pavement rehabilitation project have been included with these RFT documents. The method selected for the rehabilitation is the undercutting of the existing formation, lime and cement stabiliation of the insitu subgrade, and lime and cement modified granular basecourse reconstruction.

What we need
Auckland Transport is seeking a contractor to undertake the rehabilitation of the pavement along the full extent of Neville Street. The contractor is required to provide construction services and successfully deliver the project. In addition to the pavement rehabilitation there will be kerb and channel upgrade and footpath renewal.

- Prequalification Level for Construction Category Contracts: Category 1C
