Overview
Auckland Transport’s Infrastructure PMO aims to evolve into a Centre of Excellence with a strong focus for outstanding quality project delivery success, consistent application of processes and tools across the business, continuous improvement and deliver value by enabling strategic execution. In order to support this transformational change, a fit for purpose, configurable technology solution to support the Infrastructure PMO and project delivery teams is required.
The supporting processes, approaches and proven enterprise-grade solutions that cover Project Management, Programme Management, Portfolio Management, including the ability to manage Benefits Realisation to point of realisation is the aim of this procurement process for AT.
